Official service is good but net cables are not that much good, don't know the reason, within a week we have to complain at least once.

Previously known as the CCN cable services now they are appearing as SINET ISP with a connection from Vodafone. They provide all home, office, lease lines , cyber cafe lines etc. In a reasonable tariff. Service is also good although 99.99% time the customer care will be busy . Prompt action when the compliant is raised but long queue while u will apply for an new connection.

Sinet is fantastic! I have two connections, one each for my home and office. The home line offers 1 Mbps down/up during the day and 2 Mbps at night (9 PM–AM) for ?914 and the office plan gives 3.5 Mbps down/up for ?3,435 per month. Both connections are provided through fibre optic cables and are completely unmetered (with no FUP). The office plan is particularly expensive but reliably getting 3.5 Mbps speeds—both down and up—on an unmetered connection is worth the amount paid. The reliability and uptime is fantastic too, along with responsive customer support. They are always ready to answer the phones and try to fix issues in the shortest amount of time possible. There is no arrogance or shirking of responsibility on display. If there is one thing I could request, it would be to offer a lower priced 2 Mbps unlimited connected for both the home and the office. Their 2 Mbps plan is good enough to do most tasks and watch most videos without buffering and in high definition (at least on YouTube, if not elsewhere). But even as it currently stands, I love my ISP. I have been a subscriber for over two years now and intend to remain so for the foreseeable future. Thank you.

I have been using Sinet atleast for past 10 years or so.They are quick to resolve issues..They upgraded me to fibre optic.Data speed is good enough.Recharging over the phone is hassle free. I only wish they had some round the clock helpline number.
